1. Order

Choose the suitable goods and add them to the shopping cart. You can change the quantity and assortment of chosen goods in your cart by adding or removing them. Then click the button "write up an order ". You may continue ordering both as a guest or logging in as a client. Choose your delivery method. Once you have selected a courier delivery method, specify your exact address, where to deliver your goods, and you can also add other wishes relating to delivery to the comments. Once you have selected a parcel terminal service (SmartPost or Omniva), choose the appropriate location to pick-up your parcel. Next, you must choose the method of payment and then to confirm your order.

If the ordered item cannot be delivered because the item has run out or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including shipping costs) will be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the notification.

2. Payment

The order is accepted when the bill is paid in full. Goods can be paid by bank transfer, via Internet banks (Payment center), pay for goods upon receipt at the "Omniva" and "Itella Smartpost" parcel machine, in cash or credit card upon delivery, if Elite Textile delivery service within Tallinn is ordered.
